Scheduled a foundation inspection after we noticed a crack in the brick veneer. The scheduling process was easy. Zach arrived on time and was very professional and polite. Of the 3 foundation companies who came out to inspect, Stable Foundations was the only one to look beyond the exterior of the home and go in the crawlspace to look at the foundation. Instead of quoting us for unnecessary costly foundation repairs like the other companies, he told us that the only repairs needed were to the brick veneer because he found no signs of damage to the actual foundation. Thank you Zach for giving an honest full inspection! If we need foundation repairs or other crawlspace services in the future, we will definitely call Stable Foundations.

We have had ongoinging issues with our foundation for several years. A mutual friend suggested that we try Stable Foundations to see if they could help us.They certainly did help us! Scott was very thorough when he came out to inspect the foundation. He uncovered many construction faux pas' that we couldn't believe would have been left as they were. He has a great eye for detail and is very conscientious. We ended up shoring up the foundation and would recommend Scott and his company for any of your foundational concerns/needs.Reasonable prices for his solid work.Gary

What a great company, from the people to the work performed. They took their time explaining the options in replacing a section of our center beam and using a helical pier system. The work was done on time and at quoted price. Most importantly, all of the workers were friendly, experienced and professional.

We had a chronic basement leak in a small area - 10-15 feet of 1930s brick foundation that we tried to fix by deflecting runoff etc, until we realized plant roots had penetrated the brick joints - and on a friend’s recommendation we contacted Stable Foundations. We’d already started digging down a bit to add hydraulic cement to seal the leaks, plus add a French drain. Zach was available within a week to have a look, and he was very understanding and informative, was complimentary of our approach and didn’t try to sell us on an expensive solution, just offered great advice, and said if that doesn’t work to let him know if we needed more help. His advice was great, and we’re optimistic we won’t need the “Big Dig” option … fingers crossed, and appreciate his advice … and Sam was wonderful help setting up an assessment!

Great service started with Stephen when he initially came out for the inspection of our crawl space. He provided a detailed explanation of what we needed and what we didn't need. It continued with Fernando and his crew, with the wood repair that needed to be done. Once the wood was repaired, Jesse and his crew continued the great service taking care of the mold abatement, encapsulation, light system and dehumidifier. There was a constant open line of communication with each step. The work is beyond amazing and every individual was respectful and kind.

Did not what day they were coming. I suppose work was done - have not spoken to anyone. Flower bed was all torn up with bricks laid all over. I would like to know who they recommend to fix the bricking/ cement.

We began noticing things in the kitchen that could be related to foundation issues such as cabinets pulling away from the ceiling, drywall cracks, and unlevel countertops. We were hesitant to call any companies to have an inspection due to a bad experience with a company that tried to use fear as a tactic to get work.We saw a commercial for Stable Foundations on tv and after doing some research decided to schedule an appointment. Doug was the technician assigned to perform the inspection. He called that morning to let us know he could arrive early if we were available. Once he arrived, we showed him the areas that we were concerned with. At first glance, he mentioned that these could definitely be signs of foundation issues but he would wait to make that judgement until after he performed the inspection of our crawlspace.Once Doug completed his inspection he informed us that he didn't think our foundation was causing the problems with the cabinets, drywall, and countertop. He pointed out a couple of things that we can keep an eye on in the crawlspace and even went over in detail what solutions could be implemented. In the end, he thought we would be best served to spend our money to fix the cabinets, drywall, and countertop.We let him know how relieved we were that it wasn't a major foundation issue. We also explained to him about our past experience and he said he totally understood the hesitancy to go through that again. He mentioned that Stable Foundations will never use fear as a tactic to get work. He said the company believes in being honest and up front with all customers.I can't say enough great things about Doug. He listened to all of our concerns and answered all of our questions. He really put our minds at ease through the whole process. While we didn't have any work done at this time, we will definitely call Stable Foundations first if we ever need foundation work done. Doug is a big reason for that.Thanks Doug!

Technician was timely, courteous and very professional. He spent considerable time examining the foundation. He was honest in saying there was no problem that required immediate attention but said he saw wood damage and suggested I immediately get a termite inspection.

If you are looking for someone who does what they say when they say and stands behind their work 100% give these guys a call. You will not regret it! We had work done over a year ago to support our floor system after a kitchen renovation to provide additional support for a very large island. We also fixed a couple of joists that showed some stress at the same time. Fast forward a year and we needed the joists that were showing stress looked at again. We called into the office and asked to speak to somebody about some concerns we had and were transferred to someone right away. There were no questions asked and we were scheduled for a tech to come out to take a look. The guys came out when scheduled kept us up to date on their arrival and took care of all of our concerns. Again we were more than satisfied with the work that was originally done but blown away on how we were taken care of a year later!Again give them a call if you want skilled and professional people that stand behind their work!

Stable Foundations was great and have exemplary integrity. Every person I interacted with from Stable Foundations was fantastic to work with, especially Doug who was the most honest contractor I’ve ever encountered. He came out to provide an estimate and was great about asking questions to understand our intent for the work. Based on our discussion he recommended we use a different company in the area that was a more generic contractor that could solve our issues and allow us to finish our basement down the line. So even though his recommendation didn’t lead to a job through their company he still went above and beyond to draw a blueprint for the scope of work and explain it to me clearly. Stable Foundations was a breath of fresh air after working with multiple other companies for this work. I highly recommend using this company, or at least involving them in your list of companies to provide you a quote!

SFs first worked for me in 2015 when my brick chimney separated from the outside wall of my house. The did a great job, and today their work is still holding and in perfect condition. Summer of 2022 SFs did water proofing inside my crawlspace, which had been a problem for years. Again, their work was professional and thorough. I again felt like my personal repair was their only job. Coincidentally, they were also the lowest price of 3 contractors. Doug Harkey is the best and friendliest professional I've ever used. And I worked in construction for many years.
